When we see something that we would like to change or someone contacts us with an idea that excites us we will analyze the opportunity. We will then decide if it is something that we would like to pursue and if we have some assets that can be used to create a minimum viable product to test the concept.

We will then build a team around the project and find the required financing for a trial run.

If things start to take off we will scale up the organization and find external investments.
